Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of mystery boxes. Items are selected as part of a curated experience, and customers may receive a variety of products based on the theme.

Once an order is placed contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order. Email us at contactus@trihartgifts.com and put CANCELLATION REQUEST in the subject line. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Damaged Items
Contact us within 3 days of delivery, and provide pictures of the damaged items and packaging.  We will review all damage requests and reach out to make it right.
