Refund policy

Since all our products are mystery boxes we do not allow returns or exchanges.  Once an order is placed contact us within 4 hours if you wish to cancel your order. Email us at contactus@trihartgifts.com and put CANCELLATION REQUEST in the subject line. After 4 hours all orders are moved to processing and cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
