Will my order be featured on social media?

Every order includes one packing video! Please note that this is one video per order, not per individual mystery box.

Packing videos are typically shared on our social media platforms within one week after your order has been delivered. While we do our best to feature every order, the timing may vary depending on our posting schedule.

What items can I receive in a mystery box?

Each mystery box is filled with a fun assortment of themed items. Possible items include, but are not limited to:

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

Please email contactus@trihartgifts.com with "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line.

After 24 hours, orders enter processing and can no longer be canceled.

Can I return or exchange a mystery box?

Because every mystery box is a surprise, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 2 days of delivery at contactus@trihartgifts.com and include photos of the damaged item(s). We'll work with you to make it right.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

You'll always see the shipping cost before completing your purchase—there are no hidden shipping fees.

Are your mystery boxes safe for children?

Most items are suitable for older children and adults; however, some products may contain small parts that could present a choking hazard.

We recommend adult supervision and advise that mystery boxes are not intended for children under 7 years of age.

Can I choose the items in my mystery box?

The fun of a mystery box is not knowing exactly what's inside! Because of this, we cannot accommodate requests for specific items.

However, if there are certain types of items you'd prefer not to receive (for example, hair accessories), simply leave a note during checkout. We'll do our best to exclude those item categories from your mystery box whenever possible.

Will I receive duplicate items if I order multiple mystery boxes?

It depends on the mystery boxes you order.

If you purchase different themes, the items will naturally vary based on each theme. If you order the same themed mystery box more than once, we do our best to make each box feel unique.

We keep photos of every order we've packed, so when a customer orders the same theme again, we use those photos as a reference to avoid sending the exact same items whenever possible.

For example, if you order an Ocean Mystery Box multiple times, you may receive a coloring book in each box, but they'll be different ocean-themed coloring books rather than identical copies.

While we can't guarantee there will never be duplicates due to inventory availability, we always make every effort to provide a fresh and exciting experience with each order.
