What items are available in the mystery box?
Our mystery box contains many different types of items including, but not limited to the following: A5 Spiral Notebook, A5 Journal, Tote Bags, Zipper Pouch, Book Sleeve, Paper Bookmarks, Magnetic Bookmarks, Post It Notes, Sticky Tabs, Pens, Lapel Pins, Stickers, Keychains, Coasters, Bracelets, Necklaces, Hair Clips, Scrunchies, Socks, Stress Balls, Building Blocks, Puzzles, Fridge Magnets, and more. Our inventory is constantly being updated.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Within 4 hours of placing your order please email us at contactus@trihartgifts.com and put CANCELLATION REQUEST as the subject. After 4 hours all orders are moved to processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange a mystery box?
Since these are mystery boxes we don’t accept returns. If an item arrives damaged please email us within 2 days at contactus@trihartgifts.com with photos.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed in 3-5 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time we are only shipping within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are these safe for kids?
Most items are safe, but some may contain small parts. We recommend reviewing your order if it is a gift for children under 7 years old.
